I am a PhD student at the University of Maryland, advised by John P. Dickerson. I am also a student researcher at Google in the Perception team. My research focuses on Fairness in Diversity in Machine Learning. I work on diversity and fairness in hiring systems, multi-armed bandits, and group fairness in machine learning.
